2 reviews for Gibson 500T Super Ceramic
Excellent high output pickup with plenty of tone and sustain.
Did I mention tone.
This other reviewer must of wired it wrong or put it in a chip wood body guitar or had it butt up to the strings or has a terrible amp. IDK.
I have these in a 78 explorer and in a 85 Flying V stock from the factory.
I just bought the newer version, which can be split for my Frankenstrat build.
Gibson hasn’t made these for over 40 years because they are Horrible and Harsh.
Theyrrrr Great.!
Find a better high output bridge pup. Where? The EVH line are the only ones close besides the 498t and the SD SH 1 as far as Alinco ceramics…Otherwise go for a lower output pup or a better guitar. Dip S$!+.
Horrible harsh ceramic Gibson humbucker that they used in the bridge of Gibson 60 reissues. Nothing good to say
