I recently purchased neck and middle ToneHatch 2/5 Strat pickups for a partscaster build. They were installed with a SD 5/2 middle pickup installed in the bridge position. ToneHatch wired his pickups and changed polarity to properly achieve the correct 2/4 position tone, (Quack). The ToneHatch middle 2/5 matches quiet well with the SD 5/2. Switch positions 1/3/5 provide a smooth tone with excellent note definition and typical strat tone. Positions 2/4 provide good quack and is also smooth. Excellent pickups and budget friendly. Customer service is fast If needed.
